Those not wanting to take the skies alone can contact the Fallschirmsport Centrum Südpfalz for tandem sky dives or Mittelmoseltandem for tandem paragliding.
Too adventurous? It is calm and a bit more contemplative in a hot-air balloon. A balloon flight can be chartered among others at Rhein-Mosel Ballonfahrten or, for the Saarland, Speyer and Trier regions, at Ballon Charter Wesi.

You want to be a guest in a glider? Talk to a gliding club - nearly all clubs offer this possibility against a service charge. The Luftsport-Club Marienberg, for example, offers a whole taster day on site, including several glider starts. Other clubs partly offer test memberships, e.g. for one month, to enable you to get to know aviation.
