An intricate web of cycle-paths weaves through the
beautiful, natural and cultural landscape of Rhineland-Palatinate.
The Rheinwanderweg comes
up from the south through the entire state up into
northerly Remagen. In the
romantic Mittelrheintal (Middle-Rhine-valley), a world
heritage site, you can cycle along the riverside and
gaze in wonder at the castles and cliffs of the Rhine.
The Moselradweg leads
the visitor of Rhineland-Palatinate from Koblenz to
Palzem on the French border. For about
200 kilometres one passes through the Moseltal, where
vineyards combine with cliffs and forests producing
spectacular landscapes.
